First of all, you will need to login to your Cloudflare account.
and then click on the domain that you have registered there or on that domain which you want to make changes.

After that, you will need to click on DNS which is located on the top menu bar.

And then youll see an interface something like that, attached below:

As you can see there are three DNS records in value input which is your old IP address of your hosting provider.
So you need to replace your all old IP address with a new one.
How to find your IP address of your new hosting provider.
First of all, you have to log in to your Cpanel. And then youll see your IP address on the right sidebar.
Its something like this one: 158.22.33.00.
Sometimes you may find it harder finding your IP address. If it is then it’s better to contact the hosting provider to know the exact IP address of your hosting.
